WHAT IS A BABYDOLLl?
a Babydoll is a light, feminine garment or outfit worn to bed, as part of baby chastizement or just around the house. consisting of 1, 2 or even 3 matching, in colr and style, pieces. The main piece is a short dress. Properly it is gathered to provide a flair to it. Usually the top of the garment is the gathering point although on some it is not. This gathering point is placed anwhere from just under the arms to Empire waist. In the case of the latter, it is sometimes worn over a blouse or in some other chaste way. The second piece should be a full, "bubble" panty like a rubber panty worn over a diaper, from which the babydoll gets its name; "baby" and "doll". The third part is an overgarment called a pegnoire and is pronounced "pen-WAHR". This can be a short jacket with buttons to a buttonless robe that goes past the hem of the babydoll dress. All three parts are made of either a light material or sometimes rubber if used for chastizement or punishment

The babydoll is primarily a little girlish thing. the dress should be halfway to the knee and cover the paties with very little to spare. If the dress is worn below the nipples or just above them, either the short, buttoned pegnoire is worn or the dress is worn over a blouse or top like a pinafore dress. Some babydolls have parts above the gathering; usually shoulder straps and sometimes a short-sleeved bodice

Among them a "babydoll" is s girl who is trollopy and made to wear this kind of thing. Fairies are very uncomfortable with above the knee skirts as these appear to be easily lifted and remind them of being made into a baby. In Fairyland, babydoll clothes are used for chastizement, made of rubber and have the reputation as slave clothes of ancient times However we do put them on Little Girls and if we are not where we can be readily seen by persons we do not know very, very well, we will occasionally wear babydolls but not that often and nobody here likes to be seen in them

We use babydolls as part of chastity training. From the time a girl is 4 until she turns 8, she wears a babydoll to bed. As you know, nightgowns tend to creep up until in the morning, your panties are uncovered, This comes from being lazy, to help our little girls sleep in a chaste manner, they wear babydolls, the idea is to make them learn to sleep so that their panties are still covered in the morning when we inspect them. The shortness of the dress makes them very panty-conscious and they pay attention to keeping the dresses down. Usually the have this learned by age 5 and surely by age 8 so they can graduate to big-girl nightgowns
