FAIRY LITTLE GIRL CAPE

You can have a rubber cape for your Little Girl just like that of a Little Fairy Girl. One feature that you can build in is to close the arm holes. this means that by fastening the front down, you can restrict Little Girl's arms without having to tie them.

Put it on Little Girl and fasten it at the neck, If you wish to chastize her, just fasten it down the front to restrict her arms.

DELUXE VERSION

You may wish to adapt the capes to be even more Fairyish. Almost as much as they pride themselves on the art and design of tiaras, the Fairies pride themselves on the design of cape clasps. To adapt this cape to a clasp, take 2 pieces of material that are about 3/4"x3", or use thick, sturdy string. Glue the two ends together. Attach the glued end to the inside part of the cape just under the collar so that the loops protrued a bit past where the snaps are in such a way that you can run the pin or bar of a clasp through both loops and fasten it. Glue a small piece of material over the attachment to strenthen it and there you are.

Fairy Little Girls wear dresses and skirts that are at least to the knee, but you cannot imagine anything as adorable as a Rubber Little Girl whose Fairy Cape is longer than her halfway-to-the-knee babydoll dress. and it shows that she is in rubber becuase the capes are usually very see-through.
