Dresses and SKIRTS

Part of what defines us ax girls is the skirt. it complements our bodies so it is natural that our ettequette includes our skirts and dresses

There is a simple rule here: The older rule the younger and the younger are to obey the older. This enables us to enlist the help of the older girls to share the work load here as well as train them in the care of their younger "sisters" which is a skill that will serve them well when they grow up

We have six "grades" of person here: They are: Baby; 0-3, Little: 4-7, Little Miss; 8-11, Mistress 12-15, Damiselle (from Fairy; damisela); 16-21 and a grownup variously called Lady, Miss or ...mistress, depending on the context. Because the higher up you get, the more privileges you have, it is good to be able to tell in which category you are

One of the most noticeable things about us is our skirts and dresses. In fact they define us as girl and ladies.To make us stand out, all our skirts are full-circle and a bit bouffant. To make it easy to know who is which, we use skirt length. This is because the shorter the skirt, the easier it is to lift or get under. This is important for two reasons. First; we want to be able to lift the younger girls' skirts for any number of reasons; most imprtantly, the shorter and more easily lifted your skirts are, the less proud you will be, chastizement; which often includes being put back in baby dresses, babydolls or other dresses that are shorter than your "grade", diapering if they are under 8, to save on flushing the toilets or for long trips, to inspect for proper grooming among them. Second, we want it to be more difficult for the younger girls to keep their skirts down so that they will pay attention to them and learn chastity at a younger age.As a girl goes from one grade to the next, she is let to wear longer skirts. This is the rule of skirt length

Baby, Babydoll, Chastizement, This is the shortest lenght and is about half-way from the beginnig of the leg to the knee, roughly the place where the fingertips would be if she had her arms by her side with her fingers extended and to completely cover her thickly diapered therefore very full, panties. Baby length dresses are worn by both babies and girls being chastized, meaning in diapers and rubber panties, Babydolls are worn mostly to bed or, if they are being worn where they can be seen by others in common areas, by girls' being chastized, meaning in diapers and rubber panties.

Little, 2/3 to the knee

Little Miss, 3/4 to the knee

Mistress, 7/8 to the knee

Damiselle, enough above the knee so that the knee shows clearly

Lady, at or below the knee

These represent the longest that a skirt can be. One may, if one wishes, wear shorter ones but it is almost never done. what 8 year old girl in her right mind wants to be seen in a "baby dress" or what 13 year old Mistress would be caught dead dressing below her station? Aside from social status there is another reason. Our girls are traiend to chastity. The shorter the skirt, the easier it is to lift. The more easily lifted one's skirt is. the easier it is for the person lifting it to do as she pleases with you. That includes feeling you up or putting rubber diapers and panties on you and giving you a wetsy and making a baby of you. So longer skirts are what you want to wear and our girls cannot wait until they become of age to wear skirts down to the knee. Fairylets are in knee-length skirts by the time they turn 4 and letting a girl wear skirts beyond her station for doing something really scrumptious is called the "Fairy Privilege"

There may not seem to be much of a difference but a Mistress' 7/8 to the knee skirt on her looks noticeably longer than a Little Miss' 3/4 to the knee skirt since she is quite a bit shorter than the Mistress

Given all of this, girls in longer dresses and skirts may:

"marry" or "adopt" those in shorter ones
kiss their tiaras without permission
kiss them on the lips without permission
lift their skirts witout permission
if they choose to "adopt", make them wear diapers and rubber panties, or just rubber panties, even if they do not wish to
Stay up later at night according to their skirt length and "grade". Each is put to bed at:
- BABY; 8:00
- LITTLE; 9:00
- LITTLE MISS; 9:30
- MISTRESS;10;30
- DAMISELLE; 11:00
- LADY; 12:00 though Sandra and I are lucky if we make it before 12:30

Girls in shorter skirts must

curtsey to those in longer skirts if told to do so, lifting the skirt to the panties
kneel or lie at the feet of those in longer skirts if told to do so or sit on their laps
kiss the hem of their dress or skirt
call them "My Lady" if commanded to do so
When with her "Mommy" and put inh rubber panties, lift their skrit when "Mommy" says "Show everybody your nice rubber panties"

The older a girl gets, the more she is allowed to do for herself in terms of what to wear and grooming:

Babies are dressed and groomed
Littles are givena a choice of two to four outfits and tiaras to wear and then helped as needed. Little Christine is and always will be dressed and groomed by Lisa and Andrea
Little Miss and older dress themselves with varying amounts of inspection by the grownups
an "adopted" or "married" girl will be dressed and groomed by her older companion

This very hierarchical and privilege-based social arrangement makes the girls want to go up in grade and not tarry at a lower, more dependent and demanding on us, level. If a girl is willing to be "Nursie's Helper" sheis let to wear skirts and given the privileges of the next highest grade. This attracts mostly Little Misses and Mistresses and still not that many since this is an all-the-time job. We only have 3, Little Miss Andrea Lynne, Mistress Anita Lisette and Mistress Glenda Page-Anne
