PROPER LITTLE GIRLS and YOUNG LADIES
At RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME we hve girls of many ages: Cheryl Lucette is 2 and Charlotte Alyssa is 18. To keep order and make it clear just who is whom, our girls are dressed and treated differently depending on how old they
are. The categories are:
Birth to 3; Baby;
Completely taken care of, dressed lying down, put to bed at 8 O'clock at night
and wear dresses halfway to the knee. These dresses are called Baby lenght and
also used to punish older Little Girls by making them into babies with diapers
and rubber panties. Lives with a Mommy, Mistress, etc at Veronica Corut.
4 to 7 Little, put to bed at 9 at night are helped to
dress themselves by being given a choice between 3 or 4 outfits, helped with the
hard parts and groomed. Their skirts are 2/3 to the knee
8 to 11 Little
Miss Go to bed at 10 at night. pick their own outfits but get help with choosing
and some help grooming. Their skirts are 3/4 to the knee
12 to 15 Young
Miss. Go to bed at 11 at night. Pick their own clothes groom themselves with
supervision. Dresses are no longer than 2" above the knee
16 to 19 Young
Lady . In bed by 12. Only inspected by Housemisstress to see that they do not
dress or groom themselves in a stupid, trollopy or bizzarre fashion. Skirts are
just above the knee
20 and up Miss, Mistress, Lady, My lady. Fully
grown, wear dresses and skirts that are just touching or a smidgeon above the
knee.
DRESS CODE
a girl is to be dressed in a feminine, attractive
manner. We allow only skirts, dresses, jumpers, babydolls and what goes with
them.
for shoes a girl is to wear Mary Janes, T-straps, feminine slippers or
the like.
Hair is shoulder length or longer and worn in s simple but
attractive way. That means down in front and untied
In our hair we wear
either an alice band or, preferably, a tiara as a matter of course and all the
time (we strive to be as much like our dear friends, the Fairies as possible)
We wear rings, bracelets and other feminine jewelry.
PERSONAL CONDUCT
A girl is to behave in as feminine a way as
possible. Her speech is to be soft but clear. Her language is to be nothing but
feminine and ladylike. She must hold her body in a feminine manner. She is not
to be disobedient, overactive, forward, gossipy, trollopy and ESPECIALLY, she is
not to be PROUD.
RULES
The older girls rule the younger. If an older girl
chooses to "adopt", "marry" or take as a "baby sister" a younger one the
adopeted girl, bride or baby sister must obey the older. The oler Girl may:
*Dress the younger one as she pleases including putting rubber on her, even
rubber diapers and Baby length dresses and skirts.
*Take or put the younger
girl to bed as she wishes, including in her rubber sleeping bag.
*To show
that the Little Girl, Bride or Babu Sister belongs to someone, her Mommy,
Mistress or Big Sister may put wet on her to make her smell. that way, if a girl
is smelly, then you know she belongs to someone. and since you did not put the
wet on her then you know it is not you.
*Have her way with her Little Girl.
Bride or Baby Sister or let other girls of her own choosing have their way with
her so long as it is in a feminine and ladylike way. This includes kissing on
the lips, lifting the skirts and giving the Little Girl a wetsy
