As with most lovely and useful feminine things, it began with the Fairies.

Tiara I, the Fairies' most beloved queen from a long time ago had a horrible princes, she was about 5 and her name was Darylette. There was no way to control her. Tiara, a wonderfiul person, did not really like chastizing the little princess, or for that matter, anyone, but what else could she do? So she tried not letting Darylette play with her frineds but that did nothing she put Darylette to bed early and without supper but that was useless and only made Tiara unhappy, she tried dressing her in littel babydoll dresses in fron of all the other ladies and girls but that also did no good

One day, at her wits' end, Tiara complained about this and a lady named Melestra came forward. in her hand were some pieces of material that Her Majesty, nor anyone had ever seen before.

She stripeed Darylette of her skimpy babydoll and panties, then she laid out a big sheet of material that was a bit longer than Darylette was tall then picked up Darylette and did the same with another. She then spread baby powder on this one and picked up Darylette and laid her at the top of this. She pulled the material between Darylette's legs and fastened it at her shoulders, Darylette now felt something strange and strong and she did not like what was happeing to her. Melestra said "Now you shall be obedient to our wonderful Queen Tiara, whom all love but you. And this will get worse". She slid a pair of panties made of this material up Darylette's legs and to her tummy, then she loosely wrapped some more of this materal, this time a very see-throug piece around Darylette's legs, then she started to rub Darylette so that the material rubbed on the little girl's nippels, and tumm, then she did her hips and bottom, then her knees and thight, especially the inside of the thighs. All the while the little princess moaned and whimpered, Finally malestra rubbed between Darylette's legs, now the whimpers became cries and these became screams. The lttle princess' body started too quiver, then twitch then jump around by itself as she screamed. She also wet the material. The everything subsided as Darylette lay in a puddle of her own wet in front of just everyone sobbing like a baby and soooo embarassed.

Darylette promised to be as good as peaches and ice cream. She was cleaned up and Queen Tiara said. I do not know what you did but it seemed to have quite an effect on Darylette"

Melestra said "My Lady, you know that we have made materials to wear that are very smooth, like the milkweed satin we use. We we were trying to make the very smoothest and this is what we came up wit, it is soo smooth it is waterproof. When we tried to wear it, it would get sticky so we put powder on it but then the rubbing became unbearable, a kind of tickley dry sliminess. I then got the idea that maybe we could use it to chastize bad persons"

Queen Tiara asked what this material is called and Melestra said. "We had given up the idea of using it to wear, so it has no name. Since you put it on a bad girl and rub her, let us call it 'rubber'. It does have other uses, raincloaks and panties to be put over baby girls' diapers being just two and it can be made very nice-looking, It is perfectly fine as long as it does not touch the bodey and it feels wonderful to touch with the had". She offered a piece to Tiara who ran her fingers and hands over it and said. "Yes, I quitel like it and shall enjoy using it on Darylette if the need arises". Rubber became so useful that the Faires, as they do with everything valuable appoint a lady to attend to all things rubber, how it is harvested, it's care and use and all things like that. She is called Lady Rubber, just like Lady Flower and Lady Tooth (whom all the little Fairylets call "Aunty Tooth")

After many years, the Faires decided to trade in this material and taught others to use it. Two peoples in particular, whome they found attractive, many hundreds of years ago, were the French and Swedes. The French for their gorgeousl language that was so like their own and their very ladylike ways, and the Swedess beucase of their tall stature and blonde hair that made them look like Fairies and the use of "Kier" and "Kris" in their names; "Kir" means "cherished" in the Fairy language. These peoples developed their own styles of using rubber and this was kept to ladies and girls so the persons who used it were called Rubber Nurse in general but had their own titles in particular

Then almost 100 years ago, Lady Veronica D'Arielle came to be in control of the D'Arielle Ladies Society for the Recovery of Wayward Girls and added to its work the prevention of wayaredness. At that time we were learing to make rubber very inexpensively and Lady D'Arielle though it would be good for clothes, especially underthings and since she had the Girls' Home she wanted to use it for girls' panties and things but learnd the same lessons as the Fairies. So. she decidedd to use it to make chastizement clothes from. This turned out so well that she was asked to teach ohters how to use this and we had our own Rubber Nursing. Then I got involved with rubber and decided that I wanted to use this as it had been used on me. I also met Sandra and we fell in love as we were just soooo alike and she came to be in control of The D'Arielle Girls' Home, which she re-named RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME, by way of Lady Veronica's niece, Diana and then the current Rubber Fairy got into the act and I was sent to the French and Swedish Rubber Nursing Schools under her personal wish and that is what happened
