Rubber clubs are put togeterh by a Rubber Nurse from the people she works among. To be in a rubber club, the girl must either be in permannent rubber chastizement. This means that no cloth touches her body for any length of time. All her bedclothes are made of rubber. She is made to wear rubber diapers and she is to wear at least 3 rubber panties over the diaper. Her dresses are to be halfway to the knee with full skirts; shorter is unchaste and longer is too grown-up. If not that then she may be put in the club if she is part of another in which membership is automatic, in which case she is, if not kept in rubberall the time, considered to be rubber-ready by a rubber nurse

The purpose of these clubs is for the families of Rubber Little Girls to support each other and to share ideas, activities and information. Since this is to be like a family setting we do not wish to have many persons., A good club size is about 5 to 8 families since many rubber girls have sisters. Given the size of her clientele, a single Rubber Nurse may form 5 or 6 clubs.

Although all of the rubber girls are "Lady Tarilyn's RubberRuffles Girls" each club is to have its own local name. This is chosen by the members' Mommy, Nurse, Stepmother or the like. Meetings are held once a month and the Rubber Nurse who set the club up need not be at every meeting although she does imspect the minutes of the meetings from time to time. Occasionally Rubber Fairy Tarilyn will show up.

The meetings should really be social events and last for a long time, The official part of the meeting for which minutes are kept is mostly the discussion about planned activities and other agenda items.. the rest of the time is spent with activities involving the rubber chastizement

As to who may attend, this is a family affair but for girls only so it is Mommy, Rubber Little Girl, her dolly or dollies and any sisters she has. The meetings should be held at someone's home; either one person's or turns can be taken. In the case of the clubs founded by Rubber Nurse Danielle Anne-Marie Moreau, the girls are wetsied and put down for a nap while the more official parts of the meetings take place for about an hour and a half.

Every Lady D'Arielle Home has one or more rubber clubx. Ours are "Rubber Kiss" and serve the Blackstone Vally areal.
