This is the manual to the Rubber Club. Though all the Rubber clubs are "Lady Tarilyn's RubberRuffles Girls", each club has its own name. At RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME it is the Rubber Kiss Club.

We all know how difficult it is to deal with a Little Girl who is a problem child. The Fairies knew this 7800 years ago and created rubber, which got its name form "you put it on a bad girl and rub her", at least that is what Rubber Lady Tarilyn told me; I do not believe a word of it but I do not argue with her, she is taller than I and can pick me up in one arm, and rubber chastizement, Which they later taught us and for which they created Rubber Nursing. Now, one of the main problems in dealing with a problem Little Girl is that a mommy, Stepmother or Nurse feels like she is the only one to deal with this. The size of the clientele of any Rubber Nurse would show this to be utterly false. Nonetheless. that feeling is still there even though administering Rubber Chastizement feels just scrumptious.

To make Mommies, Nurses and Stepmothers feel less isoloated and especially to make the Little Girls' lives even more unpleasant by making rubber a more important part of their lives. I prevailed upon Rubber Lady Tarilyn to form Rubber Girl Clubs; and I did not have to do that much prevailing, either.

This is the handbook to start, run and participate in a rubber girl club. Since a rubber club should be, in large part a social gathering, this handbook discusses some things to do at thesed gatherings to make them enjoyable to the ladies, dollies and non-rubber little girls who may be attending
