One of the most important things about Little Girls is that they need discipline. That can be anything from a talking to, to being made to feel something unpleasant on the body to make clear that the grownup does not approve of the Little Girl's action, manners, demeanor, appearance or person. As the persons running this place, we reserve the right to ourselves to discipline and chastize (including requiring the Little Girl to stay at RUFFLES & RIBONNS GIRLS' HOME for special chastizement), as we see fit. There are two parts to this, the first is who is to oversee, or in plain English, who is to be obeyed and who may chastize and the how
One is expected to obey those with longer skirts than she is wearing and they may, if you do not, lift her skirts. Since the teachers and other ladies have the longest skirt, they must always be heeded.
As far as the how, We use Rubber Discipline, Humiluation and Chastizement. Do read the Rubber Little Girl Treasury to get and understanding and we expect that when she starts here, a Little Girl is "ready for rubber"
if you read the dress code, you will find that the girls are dressed in such a way as to make it easy to apply discipline
A FEW POINTS WE WISH TO MAKE CLEAR:
We reserve the right to require a girl to be dressed in shorter skirts than her grade level indicates, This si done for a reason
that we will give at the time and is usually temporary as part of discipline.
