I learned about this in Swedish Rubber Mursing school and found it to be an excellent alternative to the snap-on rubber panty in the triple pantying we use for chastizement. I found it so useful that we use it under ALL rubber panties, even when not chastizing. As such you will use one of these for each cloth diaper and it is changed with that diaper It is easy enough to make that it really is not a project but is listed there anyway

TO MAKE:

1. Using the picture below, just get, for a growup size person, a piecd of rubber that is 1 meter long or about 40 inches by anywhere from 35 to 40 inches wide
2. Cut to of each kind pieces of velcro to 1" x 2"
3. Attach the "furry" pieces to the corners of the inside rear.
4. Attach the scratchy pices to the outside front at such a place that when the diaprs is folded over the cloth diaper the fit will be just a bit loose, The Swedes used to have a cloth band along the top and would pin the thing in place but that was before velcro. This used to be what they used instead of rubber panties.

When properly folded over the cloth baby diaper, this gives very good covereage of the cloth

TO USE

Lay the diaper out as in th picutre below or slide it under Baby after you have put the rubber and cloth diaper on her

1. Pull the front between Baby's legs
2. bring the front up over the cloth diaper and smooth the sides over the hips to be sure to get good coverage
3. Bring the rear around and fasten the velcro fasteners so that the diaper will fit loosely but stay in place over the cloth diaper
4. Rubber panty as usual
