Little Girl is well behaved. To Rubber Ettiquette train your little harridan. dress her in her finest rubber and do not forget her tiara. The sit her on your lap on a rubber sheet over a rubber apron and make her read each of the parts to you as you gently rub her where she will feel it the most. Do this one part each day. Then ask her questions from that part, If she gets a question wrong, make her read the part again as you give her the wetsy. Do this for each part until she gets it right.
