One of the best things about RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME is that it is interactive. That also means that regular users can interact with each other.

This can be more involved than you might think. Over the past 3 years. Yahoo has gotten to be a real stinky-panties about Adult groups and deleted most of the ABLG groups.

Good social media software costs an arm and a leg. around $US300. Which for a free, non-ad-supported site can be prohibitive.

So where does that leave us? in a place that is both the worst and the best. It is the worst because we have to do it ourselves, which can be involoved. It is the best because we can do it ourselves, which means that we can choose what to have and not have. Some places, like Sissy Kiss let you have a few MB of space for a page and some things like that. Sissy Kiss is ad-supported.

We can do things that give us most of the power by the use of links. If you can find places that store images/photos. You can put together a page with a bit of easily learned code that will display that image/photo. The same for videos: Most video hosting provides the code for you that you copy/past to the page you want to display on. If you do not know the code and do not wish to find it out, in the case of photos a page template can be provided from which you copy the code to a new, empty page, fill in one or two items and there it is, then email it to me and I put it there and link it to a place where persons can see it. Video hosting is the same, blogs; same thing. All you need to do is find the adult-friendly hosting for these things and I give you the templates and the pre-compiled lists of hosting sites and you can go from there. This makes it much less involved than it would ordinarily be if you had to do these by yourself. Thus, about 60 megabytes will do this for some 50 persons and give the impression that each has 2+ gigabytes or so. How scrumptious is that?

We have several clubs,some topic-centered and one general social network, members of the last can and may create and own one or more subgroup in that club. However, to be recognized, that Group must be owned by and only include members of, the social network club called LittleGirlLand. The other clubs are a Tiara Club and a Rubber clastizement club. We can create clubs for any interest such as dollies, dresses, etc. If you join LittleGirlLand, youa have access to all RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME clubs

Ordinarily we could just create a Yahoo group or the like for these clubs or use social media software for them but that is out of the question with adult content. the point of joining the clubs is to interact with others so If you cannot mail back and forth, what is the use?

We solved this by the use of email Groups. Just how does that work? If you did as you were told and got a decent webmail then you should notice that you can organize your contacts into categorized groups that you name. Then, if you wish to post a message to only those interested in a certain topic, instead of selecting each contact separately, you just click on the group name.You can have several of these groups and contacts can be in more than one group.

For a club or Group, the person who creates it is the Admin. I am the Admin for all RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME clubs and any member of our social network can create a Group and have it listed and recognized. As the Discipline Nurse of RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME, I need to be in every club or Group as a mod(erator) to make sure that the Group stays within the Code of Conduct and Contact Ettiquette guidelines

It is up to the Admin to name, run and maintain her Group. As new members join and old members leave, she adds or deletes them. Each member also maintains a copy of the same list. A name is added whin a member joins. The Admin sneds a message to all the members with the new girl's name. Each member then adds her name to that Club or Group contact list. Since each girl keeps her own copy of the list, that copy must have the same name as the Admin's to keep things easy to remember and use. For instance All members of the Tiara Club name their list TiaraGirls. For the Rubberkiss Club it is RubberRufflesGirls and all the social network members have LittleGirlLand. The members of Christine's rubber babydoll Group are RubberBabyDolls. A contact Group can be turnd into a csv, zipped and exported and imported.

As a member of LittleGirlLand you will: have access to all RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME Clubs, Send and recieve messages, files up to 2 GB (that is coreect: 2 gigabytes!), images/photos, chat if your email server lets you or use your messenger, blog, be part of and use a members-only registry to meet others of like mind, display images/photos and videos, join or start topic-centered subgroup, access to Daily Diaper. the premier ABDL social network which also lets you post messages, blog and have a photo gallery, publish articles that can be multimedia and be part of the process of making it eve3n more versatile and desireable by finding and adding features and activities. It just goes on and on

We also use Do-it-Yourself profiles. Thes are simple fill-in templates where you do not touch the HTML if you do not want to. If you have a "room" or "class" here then this is where we put the link. It is also used if you join LittleGirlLand. You can also use it for off-site places. This is a two-colum page with a main image, what you are (Little Girl and Age, Mommy, Nurse, Rubber Girl + Age, etc), your RUFFLES & RIBBONS mail address written in such a way that spammbots cannot read it as an addy, links to your media. The second column is ABOUT ME: Related Interest, Likes, Dislikes, Miscellaneous and real-me demographic data in it. No irrelevant things like favorite movies, books, pets, food, work or school/college. If you are not planning to build a site, you get a version with image/photo, video and link page templates which you copy to create the ones you will send to us to put in LittleGirlLand as your own. Both LittleGirlLand and its members registry are ID and password protected. We have capabilities that even some of the major social networks do not have: Articles being the most prominent and we can add others in no time. Yet another ideas that I am working on is GOLD TIARA membership, a premium membership that would be an upgrade for a nominal fee; $6USD. The only obstacles are finding a way to limit the size of each portion to 12 MB and the bandwidth to 200 MB. If I can get that down, we are off to the races
